The My Life Is Art (MLIA) practice offers a holistic approach to personal development, incorporating daily routines that harmonize your purpose, vision, and mission with tangible objectives to yield positive results. At the core of this practice lies the My Life Is Art meditation, equipping individuals with tools to think strategically and clearly, effectively managing thoughts and emotions to actively design the life they aspire to create.

Conceived by Emmanuel Jal, a former child soldier from South Sudan who transitioned into an internationally acclaimed recording artist, peace activist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, My Life Is Art was introduced in 2017. This method was crafted by Emmanuel as a means to conquer his personal struggles and traumatic experiences encountered while growing up in refugee camps, striving for a brighter future.

This application provides:

Guided meditations led by Emmanuel Jal, aimed at decluttering the mind, controlling emotions, and cultivating mental space to focus on objectives:
1. Short meditations for relaxation and maintaining focus.
2. Comprehensive My Life Is Art meditation sessions for reframing limiting thoughts and fostering habits conducive to personal growth (offering three practices to choose from).
3. Inspirational stories shared by Emmanuel Jal about his personal journey and impactful narratives encountered along the way.
YAYA video content and accompanying soundtracks: YAYA blends dance, yoga, and meditation in a rhythmic pattern. This ancient healing practice originating from Africa aims to evoke positive emotions that unite the mind, heart, soul, and spirit, fostering bodily rejuvenation. Through YAYA exercises, users cultivate mental clarity, heightened intuition, and a strong connection to their purpose.

Subscription Details:

My Life Is Art Premium subscription is priced at $5.99 per month or $49.99 annually.
Displayed pricing pertains to the Canadian store; pricing may fluctuate in other regions.

To access the subscription service, users can conveniently subscribe and make payments through their iTunes account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
